What We Buy

Class A — Gas

Gas Class A coaches are the most common big motorhome in California driveways, and they are one of the units we buy most often. Ford V10 and Chevy chassis, 28 to 38 feet, one slide or four.

If yours has been parked since the last trip you took in it, that is normal and it does not change our interest. We buy them running, not running, with soft floors, with a roof that needs work, and with tags that expired years ago.

Class A — Diesel Pusher

Diesel pushers are heavy, expensive to store, and slow to sell privately — which is exactly why owners call us. We buy luxury coaches in excellent shape and we buy the ones with air bag, engine, or slide-out problems.

Because a pusher is hard to move once it stops running, we bring the equipment. You never need to get it to a shop or a lot for us to look at it.

Class B (Camper Van)

Camper vans hold their value and we pay accordingly. Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster, older Roadtrek and Pleasure-Way conversions, and home-built van builds all get looked at.

High mileage does not scare us off, and neither does an unfinished conversion sitting half-built in the garage.

Class B+ / Super B

B+ and Super B coaches sit between a van and a Class C, and they are a type most buyers overlook. We do not.

If you bought one for the smaller footprint and it has been sitting since, call and describe it — we will tell you on the phone whether we are coming out.

Class C

The cab-over Class C is the classic family motorhome, and California has tens of thousands of them sitting unused. We buy every era of them.

Cab-over leaks and delamination are the two things owners apologize for most. Neither one stops the sale.

Class C — Newer Models

Late-model Class C coaches with low miles are units we actively look for. If yours is nearly new and you simply are not using it, we would rather buy it than watch it depreciate in your side yard.

Clean, well-kept RVs are welcome here. This is not a salvage operation.

Travel Trailers

Bumper-pull travel trailers are the single most common thing we are called about. Sixteen feet or thirty-five, bunkhouse or couple's floorplan, one axle or two.

Sitting on flat tires against a fence for six years is a completely ordinary starting point. We bring what is needed to get it out.

Fifth Wheels

Fifth wheels are hard to sell privately because the buyer needs a truck and a hitch to take it away. We already have both.

Full-timer models, triple-slide units, older short-box fifth wheels — all of them. Landing gear that will not retract is not a problem.

Toy Haulers

Toy haulers — both the travel trailer toy hauler and the fifth wheel toy hauler — with garages that have hauled dirt bikes, quads, and side-by-sides for years.

Ramp door seals, fuel station tanks, and beat-up garage walls are expected wear on these. We buy them that way.

Pop-Up / Tent Trailers

Pop-ups and tent trailers are small, easy for us to move, and easy for us to buy. Torn canvas, a lift system that will not crank, and mildewed bunk-ends are all common.

If it has been folded up under a tarp since the kids were young, call us before you take it to the dump.

Cab-Over / Truck Campers

Slide-in truck campers, with or without the truck. Hard side or pop-up top, with jacks or sitting on blocks in the yard.

We can load and haul a camper off blocks, so you do not need a truck to complete the sale.

Park Models

Park models that have been set up on a lot or in a mobile park for years are a category most buyers will not touch, because they are wide, heavy, and stationary.

We work these out case by case. Tell us where it sits and how it is skirted and we will tell you straight whether we can move it.

Airstream

Airstreams of any vintage, polished or oxidized, restored or shell-only. A gutted project Airstream still has real value and we will treat it that way.

Land Yachts, Bambis, Overlanders, Excellas — describe what you have on the phone and we will come look.

Casita & Scamp

Molded fiberglass eggs — Casita, Scamp, Burro, Trillium, Boler — are in constant demand and short supply in California.

These are quick, easy sales for both sides. If you have one, you will not wait long for us to come out.

Retro / Vintage Trailers

Canned hams, Shastas, Aljos, Terrys, teardrops, and unidentified 1960s trailers that came with the property when you bought it.

Rot, missing windows, and a floor you can put a foot through do not disqualify anything. We buy vintage trailers as-is, on the spot.

Trucks & Tow Vehicles

Selling the trailer usually means the tow vehicle is next. We buy the truck along with it — half-ton, three-quarter-ton, one-ton duallies, gas or diesel, with or without the hitch still in the bed.

Doing both in one deal means one visit, one payment, and one set of paperwork instead of listing the pickup separately and waiting on strangers. Mention the truck when you call and we will look at both.
